4:30AM
Owner states he left the business secured around 2:30AM Friday. Later that day, he noticed the safe was missing (which contained $10,000). Owner also found basement grate unsecured. Video cameras recorded offender at 4:30AM taking safe and leaving by first floor window. Value: $10,000. Detectives processed fingerprints at scene (video showed offender wasn’t wearing gloves.) Offender description: Black male, 5’10 – 6’ tall, dark colored jacket, light colored shirt, dark colored jeans with light colored boots.

Complainant noticed her 9MM black and silver Ruger pistol was missing from her apartment on 11/16 at 4:30. (Last saw it 11/14.) She states there’s ongoing construction in her unit, but the gun may also have been stolen from her car. Value: $600

Complainant noticed offender loading building supplies into blue Mazda Tribute. When confronted, offender gave fake name and fled in his vehicle, striking compl’s vehicle in the process. Value: $1000

Complainant received text message that a package had been delivered to his home. When he checked, package was missing. Compl spoke with mail carrier, who claimed package was delivered. Package contained 5 pairs of flannel shirts and pants. Value: $421.89

Unknown person(s) gained access to complainant’s property between 9AM and 12:40PM by breaking out one of the small windows on the front door and gaining access with an unknown object. Offender ransacked all four bedrooms on the 2nd floor of the house, taking $350. No burglar alarm or security cameras.

Complainant states offender accused her of stealing his keys, then pushed her down causing bruises on legs and back pain. Offender then pulled silver revolver out of his pocket, pointed it at compl and said “I’m going to kill you.” Offender arrested.

Father of complainant (8 year old black male) received a call from his son saying he’d been punched in the face by a student during recess. Compl suffered bloody nose, swollen lips, and missing tooth. Compl spoke with woman filling in for principal who told him she couldn’t give him any info about offender or what happened to his son.

Complainant heard a loud noise outside her apartment. When she looked out the window, she saw two black males in her 2016 Honda Civic, which had been reversed it out of its parking space. When compl rushed outside, males exited the car and fled in unknown direction. Compl believes she mistakenly left keys in the car. Value: Nothing stolen

Complainant was walking back to PhilaU dorms when she was approached by two black males – 2nd male pulled a black handgun and said “run that shit up.” Compl took off her jacket. Offender went through it, taking an iPhone 6S, ID cards, and keys. 2nd male then asked for phone password before both offenders fled in unknown direction. Value: $600. Description: Male #1 Age unknown, height unknown, dark clothing. Male #2 6’ tall, black/red Nike scandels, black socks, dark sweater, gray/green hoodie.

Unknown person(s) smashed passenger-side rear window of complainant’s vehicle between 6:50AM and 3PM and stole a black jacket. Police checking with SEPTA to access nearby parking lot cameras. Value: $100

Manager witnessed offender grab unknown amount of detergent and flee the store without paying. Description: Black female, light complexion, 5’5”, 150 lbs, brown leather jacket, blue jeans. Drove eastbound on Midvale in dark blue older-model car. Value: $100
