East Falls Local Lincoln Drive Closed -- Left Up Midvale to Henry

Turning here, the next light at the corner is Midvale & Ridge — the “epi-center” of our business corridor and, some would argue, our neighborhood’s historic heart.

Midvale winds uphill, passed our public school & library, to McMichael Park at Henry Avenue. For Philadelphia University’s campus, turn LEFT (it’s a few blocks up). Or hang a left at Vaux for a short-cut to Ravenhill.

A left at Ridge here will take you towards Roxborough and Manayunk, and also to on-ramps for City Ave and 76.

A right at Ridge here leads to Laurel Hill, East Falls Gym, and the “Mills” section of East Falls.

If you park here and get out of your car, you’ll find a really cool little corner of Philadelphia, totally worth exploring.
